World Mental Health Day, OXLEP invites businesses and start-ups to a one-hour interactive webinar focused on practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and support mental wellbeing in the workplace.
Led by certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator and Pranic Healer, Karen Janes (The KJ Way), the session will cover:
- The evidence-based benefits of mindfulness at work
- Simple, practical techniques to use throughout the working day
- How to embed mindful practices into daily routines to reduce stress and improve wellbeing
All approaches are secular, trauma-sensitive, and tailored for professional environments. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies to support both personal wellbeing and team dynamics.
An optional 15-minute guided mindfulness meditation will follow for those wishing to experience deeper calm and presence
