Healthy Eating Week

During the British Nutrition Foundation’s Healthy Eating Week 2024, our Centre is encouraging everyone to ‘Give it a go!’ Whether that means having an extra portion of fruit or vegetables each day or  being more active; It’s all about embracing healthy habits.
