This workshop gives you the strategies, systems and mindset to scale confidently without burnout. To attend, you must be Oxfordshire‑based and have completed Enterprise Oxfordshire’s Business Support Tool after 1 November 2025, or your ticket will be cancelled.
Designed for sole traders through to small teams, the session covers the core foundations of growth: creating a strong vision, setting SMART goals and building scalable systems that maintain quality and control. You’ll also learn how to structure a business that doesn’t rely on you daily, and how to recruit, lead and retain a high‑performing team.
