Since opening in December 2012, the Witney Business & Innovation Centre (WBIC) has been a cornerstone of entrepreneurial success in Oxfordshire. Managed by Oxford Innovation Space, we’ve watched countless businesses grow, evolve, and achieve their goals within our walls. The story of WBIC is one of community, collaboration, and remarkable success and it’s a story that we are incredibly proud to continue writing.

At WBIC, we believe that success isn’t just about the space you occupy; it’s about the opportunities you’re given and the people you meet along the way. Over the years, WBIC has helped over 100 businesses, created 300+ jobs, and supported companies in diverse sectors, from healthcare to technology, legal services to aerospace.

With 61 flexible office spaces, we offer companies everything from small, agile offices to larger, scalable spaces. The businesses we support are not only creating jobs but are driving innovation, securing funding, and making an impact in their industries.

Looking Ahead: The Launch of the Witney BIC Business Lounge

The Business Lounge is a newly created, open-plan space on the ground floor of the centre. It’s designed for those who need a flexible, collaborative environment to work, meet, and grow. With 10 hot desks available for daily use, the lounge offers a perfect solution for those needing flexible space for the day.

The Business Lounge also features three modern meeting rooms, with capacities for 4, 8, or 10 people, ideal for everything from quick brainstorming sessions to large team meetings. And for those needing a quiet place to focus, we offer 2 private 1-person office spaces for daily rental. For larger events like training days, staff away days, or workshops, the entire Business Lounge can be rented, providing a flexible and inspiring environment.
