Reflecting on Stress Awareness Month at Witney BIC
April: Stress Awareness Month
April was dedicated to Stress Awareness Month, a time to reflect on and address the various stresses in our lives. At WBIC, we recognise the importance of mental health and well-being. Therefore we held a couple of competitions: A walking competition, to motivate our members to look after themselves as its important to sometimes step away from our busy routines, breathe in fresh air, and reconnect with the world around us and also a pet photo competition to create a wall on reception, full of our members fluffy friends to create a happy and calming atmosphere when walking into reception.
We were delighted to announce the winners of our WBIC April stress awareness challenges: Best Pet Photo and Walking Challenge – check them out here. Congratulations to all our dedicated community members who participated and made this month an outstanding success. Your enthusiasm and commitment to these challenges have truly been inspiring, and we are proud to celebrate your achievements.
Continuing the journey to improving stress and mental health at Witney BIC
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all who participated in the April challenges. Your involvement helps to make the WBIC community a vibrant and caring place. Let’s continue to support each other, share our experiences, and work towards a healthier, happier future.
Stay tuned for more exciting challenges and initiatives in the coming months – here. In June we are celebrating healthy eating week from the 10th of June to the 14th of June where we will be giving out free fruit to all of our members.
