After two years very successful years at Bicester Motion, OxPropFest is returning to Keble College, Oxford. Using the backdrop of this unique location in the middle of Oxford’s Knowledge Quarter, we have developed a choice of Walks reflecting the unique changes which are happening in the world of property in Oxford. Cost £55+VAT.
All aboard the OxProp open top!
Delegates will be able to visit all of the projects by open top bus and with a guided commentary from the project sponsors as an introduction before a brief tour of the developments, subject to time constraints. The Walks have kindly been supported by Oxford Buses and Oxford Innovation.
Meeting at The H B Allen Centre (25 Banbury Road), delegates will be hosted by Oxford Innovation that manages the Grassroots Workspace located in the basement. We shall then get on board the bus and visit Oxford North visitors centre, the proposed triangle development for Oxford Football Club, view the masterplan for Begbroke Science Park, visit the Innovation Quarter at Oxford Technology Park in Kidlington before we head back to Keble College.
We shall meet at The H B Allen at 1.45pm and return to this location by 4.15pm (ish), in time for attendees to get ready for the evening awards. Maximum numbers 40.
NB UK Prop Social Members: limited to two places per company if not attending the evening awards evening and four places if attending the awards evening. Non-members must purchase a ticket for the bus tour. Finally, due to reasons beyond our control, we have had to re-arrange Walk One as previously advertised and consolidate the Walks.
OxPropFest is a Black Tie Dinner to be held at Keble College in Oxford. The venue can seat 308 people for the dinner and we are now taking bookinXThe cost of each Awards + Music ticket includes a reception drink upon arrival, three course meal, and of course access to the College Bar afterwards. OxPropFest has become one of the largest property dinners outside London with many excellent reviews.
In the design and implementation of the awards, we will strive to reduce the carbon footprint of this event. For example, the decision on the location of the venue is in close proximity to public transport stations, the use of digital ticketing in all aspects of event management, the limited use of paper where possible, the provenance of the food served and the design of the awards, which will be made of recycled or sustainable materials. As the event approaches, we will incorporate initiatives into the event.
