Witney BIC Reaches 40‑Business Milestone as Demand for Space Grows

March 24th 2026

The Witney Business & Innovation Centre is celebrating an exciting milestone this month as they have just had the 40th business sign-up to space within the centre, It’s a moment that reflects not just growth in numbers, but the strength of a community that continues to evolve, support one another, and spark new opportunities every day.

Located at the heart of the Windrush Industrial Estate, the centre has steadily grown into a vibrant mix of start‑ups, established companies, creatives, consultants and health‑focused organisations. Every corridor feels different and that’s exactly what makes the business centre feel so special.

One of the things that makes Witney BIC stand out is the huge variety of sectors represented here. Rather than specialising in one field, the centre has naturally become a home for all sorts of talent.

Health, Care & Wellbeing

A big part of the centre’s heartbeat comes from its health and care businesses. From care providers like Cherry Care Services and Bluebird Care, to wellbeing and healthcare specialists including Evo Massage, Health Doctor and Medequip Assistive Technology, these organisations make a real difference to local families every single day. With NHS teams also based in the building, the centre has become a meaningful support hub for the wider community.

Professional Services & Business Support

The building is also home to a growing number of professional service providers, giving resident businesses instant access to trusted advice. Companies such as Parkside Financial Planning, Chatfield Accountancy, Green Accountancy and Tim Cooper Coaching play an important role in helping organisations plan, grow and adapt.

Technology, Digital & Innovation

Tech and innovation continue to flourish at the centre. Companies like Search Intelligence, Dragonsoft Business Solutions and Complete Inspection Services bring forward‑thinking digital skills and specialist knowledge into the mix. This adds an exciting, modern layer to the community.

Creative, Trade & Everyday Essentials

The centre also has its fair share of creative and practical businesses – from Oxford Garden Design to The Sixteen Productions, and essential local services like Go Green Taxis and Ford Roofing.

Community Manager Amy Waller has played a key role in supporting the businesses who choose Witney BIC as their base. Reflecting on the milestone, she shared:

“I love supporting the businesses within the centre. We’ve seen so many companies start in our smaller spaces and then grow into our larger offices. We’ve also watched businesses adapt – expanding or downsizing as their needs change. For us, it’s not just about providing a space; it’s about supporting them every step of the way, from that initial enquiry to the day they eventually outgrow us.

We also have companies who have been with us for more than 10 years, and throughout that time we stay connected – offering support, understanding their pain points, celebrating their achievements, hosting fun events, and sometimes just chatting about last night’s dinner. The ongoing theme is community, and we really do have an amazing one.”

Her words reflect the heart of what Witney BIC aims to be: not just an office building, but a place where people feel looked after, settled and supported.

Reaching 40 businesses is a milestone worth celebrating but it’s also just the start. With new enquiries coming in every week and a community that continues to grow in both size and spirit, the future of Witney BIC looks incredibly bright.

The aim remains simple: to give every business the space, support and community they need to thrive.

Whether a company is just starting out, scaling up, or settling in for the long term, Witney BIC is proud to be part of their journey.
