It can also help you form new contacts\, build networks and gain valuable professional and personal support. \nThe workshop will be delivered by two of our experienced business experts\, providing practical content to help you learn and make progress\, alongside a group of supportive peers. \nYou must be an Oxfordshire Business to apply\, trading for at least 6 months. \nWhat do the sessions cover? \nRun over 6 weeks\, the sessions cover: \n• Understanding strong foundations for growth; \n• Collaborative problem solving\, knowledge sharing and developing softer skills with peers; \n• Exploring the next steps for growth. \nThe group will meet on zoom on Mondays between 08-10am weekly starting on Monday 02 October until Monday 06 November. \nWhat will I gain? \n• Access to a new support network \n• New tools for collaboration \n• Improved leadership and management skills \n• Understanding of the foundations for growth \n• Inspiration and motivation to grow \nEligibility \n• You must be an Oxfordshire business\, established and trading for 6 months \n• An ambition for growth / innovation \n• Must be able to commit to all the sessions \n

As CEO of Ark-T Centre\, an arts and mental health charity\, she develops transformative programmes uplifting communities in Oxfordshire that face systemic barriers. \nPreviously\, Tracey served five years at the internationally acclaimed Barbican Centre in London\, devising innovative campaigns as Marketing Campaigns Manager. Prior to the Barbican\, Tracey honed her audience development skills at the London International Festival of Theatre(LIFT) and V&A Museum of Childhood. \nBeyond the arts\, Tracey works extensively with students as the Jewish Chaplain at Oxford and Oxford Brookes Universities. Tracey also volunteers for OSARCC as Vice Chair of the Oxfordshire Sexual Assault and Rape Crisis Centre. \nWith an Honours Degree in Drama and Theatre Studies\, Tracey skillfully combines creativity with business acumen gained through her concurrent Bachelor of Business. Her training also covers community leadership\, youth advocacy\, and inclusion. \nWhether devising campaigns for world-famous theatres or guiding nonprofits through change\, Tracey leverages the arts to drive community empowerment. When we talk about the causes of breast cancer and how we can act to prevent it as well as to bring awareness to the people and families lives it affects everyday. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSadly not all breast cancer cases are preventable. But studies show that at least 30% of breast cancer cases are preventable. By making changes to your lifestyle you can reduce your risk of getting breast cancer. \nBreast cancer awareness is a crucial global campaign that emphasises the importance of early detection\, education\, and support for those affected by this disease. It serves as a reminder that breast cancer knows no boundaries. Through increased awareness\, individuals are encouraged to practice regular self-exams and screenings\, fostering early diagnosis and improved treatment outcomes. Beyond medical aspects\, breast cancer awareness also promotes a sense of solidarity and empathy within communities\, reminding us that support\, compassion\, and research are essential in the ongoing fight against breast cancer. Together\, we can make a significant impact in raising awareness\, funding research\, and ultimately striving for a world where breast cancer is preventable and curable. \n
