School Holiday Foodbank Collection

Our community at The Witney Business and Innovation Centre will be holding another collection for Witney and West Oxfordshire Foodbank. During the summer holidays many families face increased financial difficulty. Many families can lean on free school meals during term time, the absence of this safety net in the summer holidays can pose significant difficulties for many households.

In 2022 Witney and West Oxfordshire Foodbank provided 5753 People with three-day emergency food packages and assistance to individuals facing crises in the UK, 2,352 of these being for children. For more information on Witney and West Oxford Foodbank, please visit: https://witney.foodbank.org.uk/

Witney and West Oxfordshire foodbank is affiliated with the Trussell Trust, a network of 428 food banks dedicated to addressing food poverty and hunger in our local communities as well as throughout the United Kingdom.
